7 Days Tantra & Kundalini Yoga Retreats with Spiritual Transformation
This Kundalini yoga retreat for seven days and six nights will be organized in Arambol Goa. You will be spending your yoga retreat at the Shri Yoga Peeth located in the Arambol. The Shri Yoga Peeth View surrounded by Mountain plants and coconut trees along with peaceful chirping of birds.
Kundalini Yoga is a style that works with the “inner energy” (Kundalini or Shakti) thought to reside at the base of the spine. Through kriyas (sets of exercises / postures), pranayama (breath work), mantra chanting, meditation & sometimes Shaktipat (energetic initiation), the aim is to “awaken” or move this energy up through the chakras (energy centers).
It’s more energetically intense than some gentler styles like restorative or merely hatha yoga. There may be emotional release, physical sensations, or strong internal experiences.
